It covers all products purchased from Puredry Hellas EE or any of its official resellers in Greece.
The warranty covers the repair or replacement (parts and labor) of components that the Manufacturer or its Representative has recognized as defective, with the clarification that this repair or replacement may be carried out with new parts, new parts, or remanufactured parts, at the Manufacturer’s discretion. Transportation costs are not covered by the warranty.
Throughout its period of validity, the warranty covers the cost of supplying any defective spare parts as well as the cost of labor to restore the product to working order. It is clarified that the warranty does not extend to any obligation to replace the device or refund the purchase price.
For the proper, efficient, and safe operation of electrical appliances, it is recommended as good practice to have them cleaned and maintained at regular intervals, depending on their use, by qualified and certified technicians.
Not covered:
– Accidental damage, malicious damage, defects caused by normal wear and tear, including wear and tear on consumable parts, i.e. parts that require periodic replacement during normal use of the system.
– Cracks, tears, scratches, dents, scratched or discolored covers or plastic parts, broken plastic parts on the doors, or other cosmetic damage.
Damage caused by use in combination with another product.
– Use of the System other than as intended, including, but not limited to, failure to use the System in accordance with the accompanying user manual.
– Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, contact with liquid, fire, earthquake, incorrect or inadequate maintenance or calibration, negligence, or other external causes.
– Damage caused by connection to a voltage other than that indicated on the device label and/or to an ungrounded power outlet (socket).
– Transportation costs incurred in transporting the product to and from the customer to the premises of Puredry or its authorized partner.
– Damage and/or malfunctions caused by smoke, dust, dirt, soot, or other external factors
Damage resulting from improper transport or packaging when returning the System to the Dealer or an authorized service center.
– Damage caused by servicing, repairs, or other modifications to the System that were not performed by the Dealer or an authorized service center.
Damage caused by repairs or changes to parts that should not be done by the customer, which you have performed.
Puredry reserves the right to determine the manner, place, and time of repair of damage at its sole discretion, depending on the specific characteristics of each case. The means and costs of transportation to and from Puredry’s technical support points, as well as any insurance of the products, are the choice and responsibility of the customer. The products travel at the customer’s responsibility, and Puredry Hellas EE bears no responsibility for any damage caused during transport.
Products that remain repaired at the stores’ service centers for more than fifteen (15) calendar days after the customer has been notified to pick them up will be charged storage fees.
A prerequisite for activating the Five-Year Warranty is the completion and submission, within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, of the relevant electronic form available on the website: https://puredryhellas.com/eggυiseis/ . The completed form found in the accompanying user manual (Manual) can be sent by post. It can also be submitted by telephone to a partner on 2521103265. It is also necessary to keep the proof of purchase for the entire duration of the warranty.
